Please fill out the following form if a YouTube video using one of your music assets has failed to automatically be claimed. If you have multiple videos to claim, you are welcome to email a spreadsheet instead to support@bitaran.digital. Please make sure that your spreadsheet provides ALL of the information listed below

Start Time (MM:SS or HH:MM:SS) when your asset appears in the video*

*MUST BE EXACT TO THE SECOND *do NOT indicate the start of the video (00:00) if your audio recording does not start playing until later in the video. Failing to provide an EXACT start time will delay processing your claim. Repeated incorrect information will ultimately disqualify your account from being able to request manual claims as YouTube treats such errors seriously.

End Time (MM:SS or HH:MM:SS) when your sound recording ends in the video*

*this MUST BE EXACT TO THE SECOND *IMPORTANT: do NOT indicate the end of the video if your audio recording stops playing before the end of the video. Failing to provide an EXACT end time will delay processing your claim. Repeated incorrect information will ultimately disqualify your account from being able to request manual claims as YouTube treats such errors seriously.
