2. Submission and Evaluation: 

2.1 The Company welcomes submissions from artists, bands, and content creators for music distribution. Submissions must comply with all legal and copyright regulations.

2.2 All submitted music will be evaluated based on production quality, adherence to industry standards, and market relevance.

3. Digital Rights Management: 

3.1 The Company respects the intellectual property rights of artists and content creators. We employ state-of-the-art digital rights management techniques to safeguard copyrighted content from unauthorized distribution and piracy.

3.2 Artists and content creators retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. The Company will distribute music only with proper authorization and licensing agreements in place.

4. Distribution Channels: 

4.1 The Company utilizes a diverse range of digital platforms and streaming services for music distribution, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, and Deezer.

4.2 The selection of distribution channels is based on target audience, genre, and market analysis to maximize the music’s reach and impact.

5. Royalties and Payment: 

5.1 Artists and content creators are entitled to fair and transparent royalties for their music sales and streams. The Company provides regular statements detailing revenue generated and corresponding royalties.

5.2 Royalty payments are disbursed to artists and content creators in a timely manner, as specified in individual distribution agreements.

6. Marketing and Promotion: 

6.1 The Company collaborates with artists to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies. These strategies may include social media promotions, music videos, live performances, and collaborations.

6.2 Marketing efforts are customized to align with the artist’s unique style and target audience, maximizing the impact and reach of promotional activities.

7. Termination of Distribution: 

7.1 Either party (the Company or the artist/content creator) may terminate the distribution agreement with written notice in the event of a breach of terms and conditions.

7.2 Upon termination, the Company will promptly remove the music from all digital platforms, ensuring a smooth transition out of the distribution channels.

8. Grievance Redressal: 

8.1 The Company has established a comprehensive grievance redressal mechanism for artists and content creators. Grievances related to royalties, distribution, or any other matter will be addressed promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

8.2 Artists and content creators can contact the Company’s designated representative to resolve any issues or concerns.

9. Governing Law: 

9.1 This Music Distribution Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goverment of Nepal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
